About the role
Tecnospirit is a Dutch technical company based in Werkendam, specializing in custom hydraulic systems for maritime and offshore use. As a hydraulic systems technician, you assemble, install, and maintain power packs and winches. You work on both new builds and service jobs in our workshop, and occasionally on-site at vessels or offshore locations. This full-time role requires technical hands-on experience and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and commission hydraulic systems
• Perform maintenance on power packs and winches
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults
• Occasionally work on-site, such as onboard ships or offshore

Requirements

• Experience with hydraulics, mechanics, or diesel engines is a plus
• Strong technical insight and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site work
