Purchasing Administrative Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

About the role
Tecnospirit is a technical company based in the Netherlands, specializing in custom hydraulic systems for maritime applications. As a purchasing administrative assistant, you play a key role in supporting our procurement and logistics process. You are responsible for placing orders, tracking deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate administrative follow-up. This position is based in Werkendam and is available as full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Place orders and process order confirmations
  • Check incoming deliveries and update inventory records
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Assist in supplier selection and price negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and Excel

Requirements

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level (administrative, commercial, or technical)
  • Experience in procurement or inventory administration is a plus
  • Accurate, organized, and communicative
  • Familiar with ERP systems and Excel, or willing to learn
  • Affinity with technology or the maritime sector is a plus
